about

The original background found sounds and vocal melody were recorded by mobile phone at Lewes, East Sussex, UK, near the River Ouse. The glissando guitar, chant and vocal lyrics were recorded at home near Hastings. This song is about the spirit of water that is in everything and which will never cease to exist.

lyrics

Beside this gentle, tidal river, a briny substance, ebbs and flows, the sea advances, ever onwards, with the smell of H2O. Water water, you have no border, you give no quarter, you simply go you just go, where you will flow, components break down, and re-arrange, though are in essence just the same.
