Don't Speak Too Soon

from End Of An Ear (compilation album) by John Zonn

/

about

Originally released as a single in 2004. Recorded by Si Baker (The Real Si-B) at his studio in Hove, Sussex. Si included his drumbeats and handclaps. John played electric and bass guitars, and sung lead and backing vocals.

lyrics

Don't speak too soon, or a little pin might burst your balloon, too soon, you can change your mind and change your tune, and when you were flying high, you now drop from the sky. It's all going so well, the weather's warm and you're acting cool, you're on top of the world, can't drop down no way to stop...
